Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and over. Users under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present and must not book appointments without supervision.

Not Medical Advice

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All clinical assessments and treatment plans are provided in person by licensed practitioners.

Online Booking & Payment

By booking an appointment through our platform:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You understand that appointment availability is subject to confirmation.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party services. We are not responsible for errors or breaches occurring on those external platforms.

No-show and late cancellation policies will apply and will be enforced as per your therapist’s individual practice terms.

Practitioner Independence

All physiotherapy, chiropractic, and allied health services are delivered by independent licensed practitioners. WellnessHub serves as the facilitator of services, space, and technology, and does not provide clinical oversight.

Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Respect the facilities, practitioners, and other clients
• Use this website lawfully and ethically
• Not attempt to breach, hack, or overload the website or booking system

WellnessHub reserves the right to refuse service or access for inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
